2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the hayaamastoura.fr website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the buyer.

3. Products

The products offered are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. The photographs are not contractually binding.
Hayaamastoura reserves the right to modify the offer at any time.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.

5. Order

The buyer places an order via the website hayaamastoura.fr. All orders are considered firm from the moment they are paid.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the buyer.

Any order or purchase made constitutes full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The payment methods accepted are those offered by Shopify (e.g.: credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Transactions are secure.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer (home or relay point).
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are given for information purposes only.
Hayaa Mastoura cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Return of order for non-collection at relay point

If the order is not collected from the collection point within the specified timeframe, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the items ordered, less a handling fee equal to 10% of the total price of the items. The initial delivery costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification.

The return of products is at the buyer's expense, in their original condition.
Refund will be made within 10 days after receipt of the return.

⚠ Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
For hygiene or customization reasons (if applicable), certain products may be excluded. This must be specified on the product sheet.

11. Legal guarantees
