At Hayaamastoura, we want you to feel beautiful and serene with every piece you choose.
If an item doesn't suit you, don't worry!
You have up to 14 days after receipt to return it to us.

✨ Conditions :
• The item must be new, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
• Items returned damaged, soiled or without labels will unfortunately not be accepted.

🚚 Return costs:
Return costs are your responsibility.
For added security, we recommend tracking your shipment.

📩 How to make a return?
1. Send us a short message to hayaamastoura@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will tell you the procedure to follow and the return address.
3. Once the item is received and validated, we will issue the refund within 10 working days, directly to your payment method.
